Products and made to order

Our products are wall art printed to order in the style, size, and frame you select. Because screens vary, colours on your device may differ slightly from the finished print. Sizes are listed in inches, width by height, and framed pieces add roughly one inch on each edge.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full if payment was taken.

Discounts

Promotional offers such as "buy 2 save 5%, buy 4 save 15%" apply automatically when the order meets the stated conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change or end promotions at any time.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if an item cannot be produced or we suspect fraud. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. You are responsible for giving accurate order and delivery details.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, returns, and privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, images, text, and branding on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without our written permission. Your purchase is for personal use and does not transfer any copyright in the artwork.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

The store and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
