Free shipping on every order
There is no minimum spend and no shipping charge at checkout, anywhere we ship.
Made to order
Every DIPRR piece is printed just for you when you order, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Your order ships once printing and quality checks are complete, and you receive a tracking link by email as soon as it is on its way.
How your art is packed
- Art prints ship flat in a rigid, corner-protected mailer so they arrive crisp and ready to frame.
- Framed prints and canvas prints ship in a reinforced box with edge protection, ready to hang from the moment you open it.
Delivery times
Delivery time is separate from production time. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. In total, please allow 5 to 12 business days from order to delivery. Remote regions and international destinations can take slightly longer; tracking updates come directly from the carrier.
Multiple items
Orders with several pieces or a gallery wall set may ship in more than one parcel, and parcels can arrive on different days. This does not affect your free shipping.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once you confirm the correct details; a reshipment fee may apply.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, or a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us at support@diprr.com and we will help you resolve it with the carrier.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the price or in your free shipping and are the responsibility of the recipient.
