30 day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging where possible.

Change of mind

Even though every piece is printed to order, you can return any standard catalogue piece within 30 days of delivery if it is not right for your wall — including size or colour choices you regret. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, and return shipping for a change of mind is at your cost. Custom-size commissions are made uniquely for you and are final sale unless they arrive damaged or misprinted. Please use the size guide and product photos before ordering, and reach out if you are unsure; we are happy to advise.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at support@diprr.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to ship the damaged item back unless we ask.

How to start a return

Email support@diprr.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Return shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover everything. For a change of mind on a returnable item, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, or your claim is approved, we process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Original orders shipped free; where a return is due to our error, no charges apply.

Discounts

If your order used a "buy more, save more" discount and a return drops it below the qualifying quantity, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the discount that actually applied to the items you kept.

Cancellations and changes

Because production starts quickly, contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually help before printing begins; once a piece is in production we may not be able to stop it.
