Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard US shipping takes 5-10 business days. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all US orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also check your order status in your account.
Products
What material are the caps made of?
Our caps are made from premium washed cotton twill. The garment-washing process creates a soft, vintage, broken-in feel from day one.
Are the designs embroidered or printed?
All designs are embroidered, not printed. We use premium polyester thread with hand-finished stitching. Embroidery lasts much longer than screen printing and looks more premium.
What size are the caps?
One size fits most. The adjustable metal buckle strap fits head circumferences from 21 to 24 inches (54-62cm). The unstructured design molds to any head shape.
What colors are available?
Each cap is available in 12 colors: Navy, Sand, White, Black, Grey, Maroon, Yellow, Orange, Army Green, Blue, Light Blue, and Pink.
What are the embroidery positions?
We offer 3 embroidery positions:
- Front Only — Classic embroidery on the front panel ($19.99)
- Front + Side — Front design plus custom text on the side ($23.99)
- Front + Back — Front design plus custom text on the back ($23.99)
Can I add custom text?
Yes! When you select Front + Side or Front + Back, you can add custom embroidery text up to 12 characters. Specify your text, position (left/right/back), and thread color in the Customization Details field. Reference our thread color chart on each product page.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition. Custom embroidered items with personalized text are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email us at the address on our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label within 24 hours.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you need a different color, we are happy to exchange. Contact us with your order number and preferred new color.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Buy 2 caps and save 10%. Buy 3 or more and save 15%. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout.

Care & Maintenance
How do I wash my cap?
Hand wash only with cool water and mild soap. Do not machine wash, bleach, or put in the dryer. Air dry on a flat surface or cap form to maintain shape. The embroidery is durable but gentle care extends the life of your cap.
Will the embroidery fade?
Our embroidery uses UV-resistant polyester thread that maintains its color for years. The thread is inherently colorfast and will not fade from sun exposure or washing like printed designs do.
